1. Returns
   At this time, Nordiska Örter does not offer free returns. If you wish to return a product, please ensure it is unopened and in its original condition. All return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

2. Return Conditions

   • Products must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition as when you received them.
     
   • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

3. Return Process

   • To initiate a return, please contact nordiskaorter@gmail.com for further instructions and the return address.

4. Refunds

   • Once I receive and inspect your returned item, I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
   • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
